Joyce Mann, Ph.D.

Joyce Mann, Ph.D., is the Director of the International Public Policy and Management Program in the Price School of Public Policy at USC, a masters degree program for international students. She also oversees the Certificate in International Policy and Planning at the Price School.  In addition to working with students in degree programs, she also oversees IPPAM’s executive education programs for civil servants and other professionals from countries such as Indonesia, China, Brazil.  Previously she was an adjunct health policy analyst at the RAND Corporation, where her research addressed issues of health care financing, health insurance and access in the states of California and New Jersey. She has also worked on issues of health financing in a number of countries (Indonesia, China, Taiwan, Ecuador, Ghana, and Nigeria)
