The International Public Policy and Management (IPPAM) program is a premier program for early to mid-career professionals interested in working cross-culturally and cross-sectorally with colleagues from around the world in an immersive environment.

Established in 1998, the IPPAM program emphasizes a practical approach, blending a student’s individualized study plan with academic knowledge and real-world applications.

Students are drawn from 11-14 countries each year, which facilitates comparative study of public policy across various geographic settings. The differences and shared values of students make IPPAM a special program.
32 Total Units Required
A total of 32 units is required to complete the degree. In building an area of concentration, students may choose elective courses offered by other degree programs in the Price School or other professional schools at USC.

Representing 135 countries, international students comprise a quarter of USC’s population and add to the diversity of perspectives and knowledge on campus. IPPAM has drawn students from 40 countries, providing current students with a global network of alumni.
